"There's a winning transparency to the vivid blackberry, dark plum, black pepper and freshly turned loam aromas and flavors, finishing with a nice lift of acidity. Best from 2010 through 2015. 6,764 cases made."

"Cherry and violet notes with an underlay of clove in the nose lead to a surprisingly full and broad palate. Both high and low tones of smoked meat, cedar, red currant and anise define the mouth with a very long, lithe, elegant finish. This Pinot Noir was blended with fruit from the following 100% Certified Sustainable vineyards: Aurora, Madrona, Linda Vista, Gemini, Lazy River, Dion, Alloro and Gran Moraine. All of the fruit was hand sorted and destemmed. Fermented in small lots with five days of cold soak to increase aroma and color. This wine was aged in French oak barrels (30% new) for 11 months. It was racked and bottled by gravity without filtration or fining and was aged in bottle for five months before its release."
