"Color: pale; Nose: discreet; Aromas: woody; Acidity: supple; Sweetness: dry; Body: light-bodied; Finish: persistent; Overall: well balanced; So our fiend Dave took a chance and aged this 1986 Pinot Noir in the cellar all the way until 2007. We decanted the wine in 2 decanters for about 30 minutes to let it open. The result is a fragrant, flavorful wine with a woody hint of flavor. Delightful!"
