"Focused, a bit sharp at first then blooming as it opened, turning into a well balanced and complete wine. Very nice."

Winemaker's notes

"A blend of 93% Merlot, 5% Syrah and 2% Cabernet Sauvignon.
As the wine is swirled in the glass, aromas of cedar, raspberry and blackberry, cinnamon and leather rise to caress the nose. The palate is rewarded with ripe, red fruit dusted with cocoa powder and cinnamon. The mid-palate is generous, yet focused fruit, leading to lingering fine grain tannins.
Enjoy this wine with a New York Strip steak with Merlot sauce and bleu cheese. Aged in French and American oak 9 months."
