"Color: bright; Nose: complex; Aromas: herbal; Acidity: supple; Sweetness: dry; Body: medium-bodied; Finish: persistent; Overall: well balanced; Quite a surprise, from an "unknown" grape variety. Wonderful herby nose redolent of the south of France; rich texture but satisfyingly dry: a mix of herbs and firm pears. Clean and lingering, and distinctly more-ish. Went wonderfully with the salmon and the cheeses. What a find!"
