"Color: deep; Nose: complex; Acidity: crisp; Sweetness: dry; Body: full-bodied; Finish: very persistent; Overall: elegant; Incredible wine from a drought year in California. Deep garnet red, classic cabernet nose of cedar, coffee, chocolat, and cassis.
12.1% alcohol. Why can't they make cabs like this any more. Soft, full mouth feel. No burning from too much alcohol.
Great forward fruit, excellent balance with perfect acidity. A real tribute to Dick Stark's wine making ability and this excellent vineyard."
