"Color: pale; Nose: fragrant; Aromas: floral, spicy, tropical fruit; Acidity: crisp; Sweetness: medium dry; Overall: pleasant; We had this wine with a salad I created—Jerk-Seasoned Chicken with Mango, Carrot, Avocado, Raspberries and Blackberries in an Apricot Vinaigrette w/Baby Lettuces. The combination of the wine and the mango was amazing"
