"Second in Command of winemaking at the cellar is Sergio Cuadra, who has worked in California and other cellars in Chile. Adolfo and Sergio make a formidable winemaking duo, bringing new Worl methods to bear upon high quality fruit.
Cas del Rio comprises largely Sauvignon Blanc, plus a little Semillon, all handpicked. The sauvignon lends aroma and livelly gosseberry and apple fruit whil the Seillon adds body and creamy roundness.
The wine was cool fermented and bottled without any oak influence."
