"This Champagne is 67% Pinot Noir and 33% Chardonnay sourced almost exclusively from Roederer's 500 acre estate. It is made entirely from grand and premier cru vineyards. It has a very nice light golden color and a big, expressive candied cherry nose from the high proportion of Pinot Noir. It is very crisp since Roederer does not allow the wines to go through malolactic fermentation. This is a serious bottle of Champagne for the cellar or the table! - Gary Westby, K&L"
