3.5 stars "bright salmon color, fresh berry nose, juicy, with notes of honey. Works well with spicy dishes."

"The Etude Rosé of Pinot Noir is sourced exclusively from Etude's estate vineyard in Carneros. Grapes for this Rosé are privvy to the same exacting standards employed in Etude's meticulously farmed plots for red wines. The wine is minimally processed, whole berry pressed then drained to previously used barrels to ferment to dryness. After approximately 4 months of aging, the wine has excellent clarity and is ready for bottling, with a slight addition of red wine to fine-tune the color. Beautiful pale pink in color, this Rosé is vibrant and juicy with aromas of just-picked strawberries and sweet oranges. Lush flavors of strawberries and pomegranate carry over on the palate and lead to a long, satisfying finish. The acutely balanced acidity makes this wine a wonderful complement to many foods and al fresco dining."
