"With mixed hues of violet and brick red, this wine sports a nose of slightly caramelized sugars and smoked meats. Tasting initially yields an inauspicious fruitiness, with undertones of coffee and mint, followed by a bursting display of palette-coating tannins which linger considerably, prolonging enjoyment tangy notes of dark fruits.
