"Dark and concentrated. The crop size is kept small, 2.1 tons per acre, and it pays. This wine is dark and extremely aromatic with chocolate overtones and complex, silky tannins. If a lot of domestic Merlots are a like Hershey Bars, this one's a Callebaut! All fruit is hand sorted, delicately destemmed, punched down by hand, gently pressed and gravity racked. Aged in new and one-year-old French oak."
