"A blend of garnacha, carinena, merlot, tempranillo and cabernet sauvignon. Deep red. Spicy red- and blackcurrant aromas are complemented by smoky oak spice and licorice. Quite peppery in the mouth, with palate-numbing cherry and red berry flavors, dusty tannins and a slow-building espresso quality. Suave if a bit tight, finishing with finely etched, tangy red fruit flavors and excellent length."
