"Ahh... What Gewurztraminer should be like... spicey and exotic, yet dry and refreshing. I love the folks at Boeckel, they hold to tradition, make great wines on the drier side of things in Alsace today and always offer them at reasonable prices. Definately grab a bottle and try with some Thai or even just fresh cracked crab."
