"Light red. Sexy baking spices complement understated redcurrant and strawberry on the nose. Brisk but filled in, with suave red fruit preserve flavors and racy cinnamon and clove qualities. Picks up a smoky quality on the long, spicy finish. This saw no new oak and half of the grapes were whole cluster-fermented, according to Brewer. Very attractive for its restraint and finesse."

"Tasting Notes: This wine radiates with lofty fruits reminiscent of red currant and raspberry, blueberry and tropical fruit infused with white floral hints of narcissus and orange/lime blossom. Temple and baking spices, hazelnut and cocoa also subtly emanate. On the palate, all these sensations weave harmoniously together forming a very alluring and enticing wine finishing with a powerful yet graceful elegance.
