"Color: deep; Nose: fragrant; Acidity: supple; Sweetness: dry; Body: full-bodied; Finish: medium; Overall: rich; Somewhat discreet nose of earth, perfume, black currant and plum and a touch of green herbs (sage?). Soft mouth-feel, lush with black currant and pepper, especially on finish. Also anise, plum and a chalky type earthiness. Not sure time will do anything else for this wine except to bring out green-flavors."
