"Acidity: green; Sweetness: medium dry; Body: full-bodied; Finish: medium; Overall: elegant; Drank at low 60's and it seemsto have a great balance and flavor. Probably the best bottle we have had.
Airing it out a lot seemed to make it flat and sour."
