"100% Marsanne from 25-year-old vines, and harvested by hand into 25kg crates, then pressed directly so as to minimize the danger of oxidation, the wines are vinified in casks for 30% of the blend. This is a new wine for Jaboulet and clearly, a winner! The nose shows ripe apricots, with honey and spice notes while the palate is lively and floral. This wine is very richly balanced with a buttered toast and honeyed finish. 13.5% abv."
