"Color: deep; Nose: complex; Aromas: herbal; Acidity: supple; Body: medium-bodied; Finish: persistent; Overall: pleasant; Nice. Good red-fruit nose. Rather herby (presumably the famous "garrigue") soft and clean, showing a little oak. Nicely mature, and probably won't go for much longer. Went very well with the lamb, and with camembert-style cheese."
