"The 1985 Chateau Poujeaux, Moulis had a similar profile with its core of black fruit, but showing a bit more toasty oak to my palate. Seems to be older than the ‘86 by more than just one year, but the tannins are still holding up and providing structure. Toasty oak on the nose and palate, with some anise/liquorice on the palate."
