"The wine was quite nice with the soup. I read that Thyme works with Pinot Gris, and this time (drum hit, symbol crash) it did. Maybe the wine isn't so much sweet, as very fruity. We had the wine a bit warm, but it worked well. Great pairing I'd like to do again, and at a great price."
