"Just beautiful stuff, funny Ridge is mostly know for their Zin's, but I think this is my favorite. Smooth and seemless no edges, smoke, dark fruit, bacon fat, spices, pepper all the flavor is there in a nice neat elegant package. This is fantasic. Needs a few hours for the magic to happen."
