" A fantastic Cote Rotie facsimile (97% syrah and 3% vioginer) shows a Northern Rhône syrah nose of cherry, violet and black pepper layered with toasty, spice notes. Profound and concentrated aromas of tar and leather as well. The flavors follow through on the palate with loads of rich raspberry and violet fruit. Good structure with fine, supple tannins on the lush finish."
