"Color: deep; Nose: complex; Acidity: supple; Sweetness: medium dry; Body: firm; Finish: medium; Overall: elegant; This wine is velvet in a bottle. Every single sip made me sit back and make a noise somewhere between ummmmm and a sigh. Absolutely incredible alone or paired with foods. I tried it with Portabello fritters, manacotta and pear raviolini as well as with lamb (lamb ......... ROCKED).
Every single pairing brought out different flavors, but not a single bite didn't pair well with the wine. "
