93 points "Color: dark; Nose: fragrant; Aromas: floral, herbal, woody, red berry, black berry; Acidity: supple; Sweetness: dry; Body: medium-bodied; Finish: medium; Overall: elegant; Beautiful nose of rose, cherry and plum with autumn herbs. Flavor profile is similar, with balanced red and dark fruit, sage, leather and forest floor. Nice lingering finish...very good." Best 2016-2018

93 points "You can taste Marin's cool climate in the exotic, forest-scented pine needle, wild thyme and bitter cherry flavors of this elegant, complex young Pinot. It's completely dry and savory in acidity. An elusive, subtle, captivating wine that should do interesting things ove the next six years. Cellar Selection"
