"Though the texture is lovely right from the start, and the fragrant scent lasts with the red fruit of a strawberry patch, air takes this to a higher level. It clarifies the finish, like a breakin the coastal fog, as if this marginal climate ripened its fruit beyond expectations, and it was picked at the perfect moment. The shape of the wine is intriguing: round in the middle, then firm, the flavors shooting through the finish. A beauty, especially with steak and Yorkshire pudding"
