The palate is very elegant, supremely-well balanced with sublte white pepper sprinkled over that pure black fruit. "Sweet and spicy nose. Palate is big with sweet strawberry candy and raisin flavors and some definite heat on the finish. Too sweet with too much alcohol for me (16% alcohol and 6 grams/litre of residual sugar)"
