" Their self-proclaimed 'velvet hammer' is exactly that. This is the best of their best. 300 cases produced. Aromas of cedar, black cherry, truffle, and sweet tobacco. Supple and rich on the palate, this wine is packed with dark ripe fruit. Polished and round on the finish. Although it's absolutely delicious now, we think that a few years in the cellar will be well worth the wait."
