" This is 100% estate grown fruit from the Spring Mountain winery of Terra Valentine, a relative newcomer in the area, which is already making a great name for itself. The 2001 lives up the fantastic vintage with aromas of dark, ripe Bing cherry, blackberry, black licorice, cocoa, caramel and subtle hints of toast and spice. On the palate, this plethora of jammy fruit is balanced with tangy acidity and creamy, cocoa-like tannins."
