" Offering the very best of both worlds, this New Zealand Chardonnay combines the richness and opulence of its California brethren with the citrus fruit and levity found most often in the unoaked whites from Down Under. The wine underwent 100% barrel fermentation and 100% malo-lactic fermentation, plus 11 months maturation in oak, and yet it is very crisp, dry and bright, showing a lemon-lime-grapefruit profile and lots of refreshing acidity."
