"From one of the established stars of the Veneto comes this elegant, full-bodied, single-vineyard wine, a kind of Super Valpolicella. The blend includes corvina (70%) with small amounts of rondinella, syrah and sangiovese, aged in wood for 17 months and an additional 11 months in bottle. Made for red meat, the 2000 La Grola is also truly superb with aged cheese. "
