Waugh Cellars has developed a relationship with one of the greatest grape growing families in the Napa Valley, The Bartolucci's, and threw this relationship we have access to some of the best Sauvignon Blanc fruit grown in America. The fruit is whole cluster pressed and just the rich luscious juice is extracted. The juice is then barrel fermented in neutral oak barrels and the lees is stirred once a week until bottling. No new oak, and no Malolatic Fermentation. 100% St. Helena Sauvignon Blanc."
