Tasting Notes:
rated: September 22, 2004 , K&L Wine Merchants
" Gorgeous pear and apple fruit, a creamy texture and good length make this Chardonnay a steal. One of Argentina's best year after year, the richness and intensity of this wine is unbelievable for the price. Aged for just five months in 100% new French oak, so the forward fruitness and brightness of the wine really shows through. According to Stephen Tanzer: "Musky, leesy aromas of toasted grain, white chocolate and charred oak. Sweet, bright and juicy, with sappy flavors of citrus fruit, peach, toast and ginger. Nicely fresh chardonnay, with good texture and a firm, dry finish. Excellent value." (Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar, Jul/Aug 04)"
