"First produced in 1993, the "Recit" Roero Arneis goes through at least 2 months refining in the bottle before its release. Packaged in a dark bottle to preserve the ageing, this white wine ages very well up to 5 years. No malolactic fermentation or wood-aging is allowed to mask the ripe pear and subtle almond aromas of this young and charming white. The Roero Arneis "Recit" has a fragrant nose. Well-balanced, lasting sharpness that is well supported by its full body and structure. Its fresh flavors and vibrant acidity make it a perfect match for appetizers and fish dishes. "
