"Color: deep; Nose: complex; Acidity: crisp; Sweetness: medium dry; Body: full-bodied; Finish: persistent; Overall: bold; This zinfandel has 0.11% residual sugar. It is deep ruby red with very forward raspberry and currant fruit, has excellent acidity, and sublte soft tannins. The acidity is there for longevity. The nose shows that unique Ridge bouquet with chocolate, coffee, and raspberry/current. "
