"Color: deep; Nose: complex; Aromas: black berry; Body: full-bodied; Finish: persistent; Overall: elegant; 1985 is a millisieme in California, une grande annee for the cabs. This was no exception. It was somewhat lighter than the silver oak had some time ago but this wine was elegant, refined, perfectly mature, a real joy to drink."
