"White Hawk Vineyard is also from Santa Barbara County, in Los Alamos Hills. Very different from Las Madres, the White Hawk has more pronounced tannins which will dance along the palate and linger in the end. Our winemaking used 25% whole cluster to include some stems in the extraction, and also 100% neutral French oak."
