"Color: evolved; Aromas: mineral; Sweetness: medium dry; Finish: persistent; Opened and poured into Eisch glasses. Excellent fruit and earth nose. Color blood red with brick edges. Flavors of ripe fruit, cherry and spice. In time opened to a nose and flavor of honey. "
