"Deep dark red/purple color and wonderful aroma of cherry and plum. The palate offers intense fruit, well integrated oak, and very subtle tannins. Surprisingly, for a Shiraz, it wasn't peppery at all, which allowed the cherry and dark berry flavors to really stand out. The finish had a good hang time. I highly recommend this wine with steak and other grilled meats as well as any saucy Italian fare. Delicious!!"
