"Color: dark; Nose: intense; Aromas: woody, dried fruit; Acidity: lively; Sweetness: dry; Body: firm; Finish: very persistent; Overall: elegant; This is one of our favorite wines. However, I'm glad we decided to drink it last night as it's at it's very peak. Any more time in the cellar and it would be on the way down. "
