"Color: dark; Nose: complex; Aromas: black berry; Acidity: supple; Sweetness: dry; Body: full-bodied; Finish: very persistent; Overall: elegant; Unlike so many Cab Franc's in that there are no hints of green, herbal notes. Instead, this wine shows amazing layers of dark fruit and floral notes. The weight and texture of this wine is what is most impressive. Pure velvet on the palate. Possibly one of the best Cab Francs I've ever tasted!"
