"This blend of a few of Friuli's best white grape varietals, tocai friulano, ribolla gialla and pinot bianco, this white is perfection when served as an opener, perhaps alongside a vegetable-based minestra, or a frittata with peppers and onions. The color is golden yellow, and the nose displays an elegant perfume of exotic fruit that evolves in the glass to usher in a subtle hint of vanilla. On the palate, the wine is supremely balanced between flavor and freshness. Very Italian, and quite delicious!"
