"Very dark and inky in colour, with powerful aromatics of dark brooding black fruits, sweet oak and earthy savoury complexities that are only found in Marechal Foch. The palate is rich and round with soft lush tannins. This wine makes a terrific accompaniment to braised lamb shoulder, venison or goat cheese ravioli."
