"Color: deep; Nose: fragrant; Aromas: tree fruit, red berry; Acidity: crisp; Sweetness: dry; Body: firm; Finish: medium; Overall: well balanced; Plenty of soft and spicy character with hints of black pepper, even eucalyptus. Medium-bodied, with round and velvety tannins and a long finish. Very well done. Tuscan enologist Luca d'Attoma has turned this place around. Drink now through 2008.(WS) 90 points is a great score, but I actually scored it higher (92)."
