"This rarely seen late harvest white dessert wine is made by 100% grenache gris, and it hides a whopping 118g/l of residual sugar. Lest you fear it is overly sweet, this is actually one of the drier "tasting" dessert sippers out there. Aromas include warm rocks and minerals, orange blossom and brioche with a fascinating pollen-like note. On the palate, it is round and full, showing hints of ginger and mandarine along with balancing vanilla and oak tones. Wonderful stuff from the region's best producer!"
