"Color: dark; Nose: complex; Aromas: woody; Acidity: supple; Sweetness: dry; Body: full-bodied; Finish: medium; Overall: bold; color: dark purple almost black
nose: fragrant complex, cedar-box, forest floor, cherries, funkiness
taste: initial hint of sourness quickly smooths out to a black licorice, pepper, green pepper, sour cherries, smoke, maybe vegetal. I initially did not like this but it was probably way too young. It was much better the next day."
