"- Dec 2004 - A top-flight Kabinett, the 2003 Riesling Kabinett Graacher Domprobst A.P. # 0504 detonates from the glass with boisterous aromas of lilies, pears, apples, and a myriad of spices. Less exotic than the Himmelreich, this light to medium-bodied wine wows with salt-laced slate, expressive minerals, delicate notes of kiwi, and hints of red berries. A highly focused offering, it also sports a tremendously long finish. Projected maturity: now-2013. Bravo to Willi Schaefer for having crafted such beauties!
