"Color: dark; Nose: discreet; Aromas: floral, spicy, black berry; Acidity: lively; Sweetness: medium dry; Body: firm; Finish: medium; Overall: well balanced; We decanted "Passion" but only for about 35 minutes because dinner finished up early. It really paired well with the earthy flavors of the mushrooms and the little bite of garlic, but as dinner went on and the decanting time reached an hour the full flavors opened. What a soft delicious mouth."
