""Good deep red. Brooding, reticent nose offers black cherry, rose petal, mint and some high-toned, edgy oak. High-pitched and tightly wound; penetrating but a bit youthfully rigid. Compared to the Sleepy Hollow and Garys' bottlings, this is distinctly drier in the mouth, with a darker fruit character. Finishes youthful and persistent, but quite dry.Extremely unevolved pinot, in need of at least a couple more years of patience.With aeration, this showed more finishing sweetness and length, but remained relatively unyielding.""
