"Almond, fennel, cinnamon and ginger, sawdusty oak, white peach and ruby red grapefruit. Oak is welcome input, but not dominant, and theres a gentle creaminess and light flinty textural highlights. Fine boned, clean and well defined with good flavour and excellent length. Beautifully composed and lovely to drink. "
