"Color: pale; Aromas: mineral, tree fruit; Sweetness: medium dry; Finish: medium; Light amber-gold-straw color, fruity nose, like apples, good with cheese or just sip alone. Not terribly complex, but good. Didn't go well with Italian Chicken Stew, the green olives made it taste tart & a little bitter. Limited bottling, hard to find, we ordered it directly from Eyrie Vinyards."
